Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
We take great care in packaging our handmade pieces to ensure they arrive safely at your door. At Ba No Batwo, we value the slow process of creation, and we ask for your patience as we prepare your order for shipping. Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Delivery
We offer tracked shipping across India starting at ₹150. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days following notification of shipment. For our local community in select zones, we offer a flat-rate delivery or free pickup option. Please select this at checkout if applicable.
International Orders
We currently ship to select global destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 2-3 weeks.
Tracking
Once your order has been handed to our delivery partners, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to logistics or customs processing beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items arrive safely.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or appropriate solution.
Prepaid Orders Only
To maintain our commitment to sustainability and artisanal production, we currently only accept prepaid orders. This helps us minimize waste and ensure focused dedication to every handcrafted piece.
Handcrafted Products
Made-to-order pieces require 2-4 weeks for crafting and curing before they are ready for dispatch. We value the slow process and thank you for supporting artisanal craftsmanship.

Orders & Artistry
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
We begin processing orders soon after they are placed, and many of our products require careful preparation, sourcing or crafting. Therefore, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated after an order has been placed.
For made-to-order, customised or personalised products, cancellation is strictly not permitted.
Made for You
Our professional artisans dedicate significant time and care to every 'Made for You' commission. These pieces are created specifically for you, often involving unique sizing or personalized details. Because of the bespoke nature of these items, we require an extended lead time for production, which will be estimated at the time of your order. Please note that personalized or custom items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
About Handmade & Natural Variations
Part of the beauty of Ba No Batwo products lies in their organic irregularities. Because we work with natural materials and traditional handcrafting techniques, each item is unique. Variations in wood grain, ceramic glaze pooling, textile weave, and natural pigment shades are and should be expected. These are not flaws but a signature of the artisanal process, reflecting the honest character of the materials used in your piece.
