Some things are meant to be shared
There was a time when making achar or papad was never a one-person job.
Women gathered, hands got busy, conversations flowed, stories travelled from one generation to another—and without anyone formally teaching, much was learnt.
We miss that kind of togetherness.
So we're creating our own little version of it.
Achar pe Vichar is our open-door community where we share the stories we collect along the way—the land, its people, their crafts, their homes, their ways of living, and the things we are learning and making.
And because every good achar needs a little oil, we'll add our own—one-piece creations, first experiments and handmade things made only once, shared with the community before they disappear.
